We see that too often the core focus areas of Leadership, Innovation, Organisational Culture, Employee Experience and Strategy get confusingly intertwined with each other and become cognitively heavier than most people would like them to be. And we also see that because of this they often don’t get the emphasis or prioritization that they should.
Our approach is to assist our clients to be able to make sense of these critical focus areas, to be able to be intentional in the thinking, being and doing of them… and to have clarity in terms of how each of them work individually as well as in relation to each other.
While the solutions described in the sections above can be delivered as standalone processes, they are also the components of larger customized solutions. They are combined very effectively to address the specific needs of our clients as sustainable learning journeys. We design these in consultation with our clients… this generally involves lots of coffee, head scratching, laughter of course, and dynamic collaboration. We also constantly innovate new solutions, ask us.
At Still Human we are as you have now seen obsessed with the human experience in the workplace. We wanted to understand what it is that the organizations that are awesome places to work at focus on incorruptibly when it comes to creating that they are great places for human beings to wake up every day to go to. So, we gathered data from thousands of people in hundreds of organizations around the world… looking for the overlaps and consistencies.
The result of this exercise is the model that we call the ‘12 Essentials of a Company Behaving Awesomely’. These are the twelve critical human experience touchpoints, the twelve core experience areas that we believe make or break the employee experience. Moment by moment…
