Our mindset is stuck in the dark-ages, how do we change how we think?

We could give you a fancy neuroscience based response, or we could tell you that you simply start to have a look at what’s driving your thinking, and start to explore different choices. We help this process.

Where do we start in terms of switching our people on?

Leaders often don’t like to hear this, but it is all about leadership. People are as switched on as their leaders create that they can be… and equally so, as switched off. Our job is to lead you through this mindset and method shift.

How do we innovate better? We just can’t seem to get people to come up with new ideas and this is potentially impacting our relevance and ability to compete.

Innovation is not exclusively about ideas, ideas are the product of an environment in which people trust that they are safe to share their thinking and to experiment without the risk of ridicule and recourse if they make mistakes while trying new things. They need to have high trust. We obsess about trust and helping you to establish this in your business.

How long will it take to change/fix our culture?

That depends on how committed you are to the process. It is not an overnight flick of a switch, but we will partner with you through the necessary moving parts and help you create the conditions for success.

Does this culture/people stuff really matter? It seems like a lot of effort and we don’t really know what to do… we really just want to do the work of running our business.

The culture/people stuff IS the work of running your business. Without engaged people everything is harder, slower, less. We do however make the effort that is required a lot easier and clearer for you.
